From laborer to leader, he built Terratek Services Group into a powerhouse, driven by grit, vision, and a high-performing team. Sadad also leads the company’s Polyurethane Division, specializing in advanced concrete lifting, leveling, and soil stabilization. He travels nationwide to execute and oversee complex repairs—bringing cutting-edge techniques to clients across the country. With hands-on expertise and forward-thinking leadership, Sadad is reshaping how modern infrastructure challenges are solved—one slab at a time. 

 Naesha Naser is the youngest on the team—but don’t let that fool you. With just five years in the industry, she’s climbed the ranks from estimator to field supervisor, construction manager, and now project manager. Known for her precision, drive, and ability to lead under pressure, Naesha commands respect on and off the jobsite. Her talent for balancing budgets, timelines, and teams makes her a force behind some of our most complex builds. Sharp-minded and relentlessly focused, Naesha brings energy, leadership, and a fresh perspective that pushes every project—and everyone around her—to the next level.

With over 17 years of expertise in concrete and masonry, Carlos Crespo is a cornerstone of excellence in the field. From foundations to finish work, his deep technical knowledge and leadership have consistently delivered high-quality results across a wide range of projects. Carlos leads with precision, discipline, and an unmatched work ethic—coordinating crews, managing schedules, and ensuring every pour and placement exceeds expectations. As a seasoned Concrete Construction Manager, he brings a steady hand and a sharp eye to every site, earning respect from both field teams and clients. Simply put, Carlos builds it better.
